The Black Valley Railroad, cont.

This is a view from afar of where the line first crossed Black Valley Road, near the beginning, in the area known as the "Foor Addition". I was standing directly above the old lime kilns on the Clark property, and that's another story, for another section of the site. :-)

Here, we are standing in the driveway of the former Bill Clark residence, looking toward the direction of the furnace. The red line marks the route the railroad most likely followed, although it's also possible that it followed the bottom alley in the picture.

Here we are standing in the same location that the above picture was taken from, standing in the opposite direction. This driveway is more or less the where the railroad was, although I believe it stuck to the left side closely.

Further out the above driveway, facing the direction of the furnace.

Just a little further from above, again, facing the direction of the furnace.
